Rhino Impact Group was founded by Jamie Waldron, a marketing and operations strategist with experience building growth systems, mobilizing teams, managing multi-location initiatives, and strengthening community partnerships.
Over the past two decades, Jamie has worked across nonprofit, faith-based, healthcare, and community-driven organizations. Her work has included:
Scaling volunteer engagement systems
Building referral and growth infrastructures
Managing multi-channel marketing efforts
Developing strategic partnerships
Designing operational workflows that support long-term sustainability
