When the Covid-19 pandemic hit our business model was turned upside down. A safety net for basic needs when people face homelessness and poverty in Charlotte-Mecklenburg serving nearly 20,000 families a year, Crisis Assistance Ministry required capacity and expertise above and beyond our day to day operations.
