Goal: Create a streamlined online evaluation request form that improves the client intake experience and routes leads quickly to the right team for follow-up.
My Role: Built and optimized the evaluation request form using Gravity Forms, including form structure, field logic, and a user-friendly flow. Connected form submissions to downstream workflows using Zapier to improve lead routing, organization, and speed-to-response.

A vision video created to highlight Karama Collection’s artisan initiative in Kibera, Nairobi—showcasing how handcrafted jewelry created dignified work and meaningful economic opportunity.

Created a vision-focused interview video to support a Lilly Endowment Clergy Renewal grant submission—capturing the heart of the renewal plan and its intended impact for the pastor and congregation. Paired the video with a structured written application designed to communicate the story clearly and professionally.
